Dear Sir/Madam,
David Carvalho worked under my direct
supervision at Perot Systems Corporation for a period of two and a half
years ending with my transfer to Texas in September of 2008.
David is a self-starter that reliably completed project assignments
in an exemplary manner. His involvement in all phases of projects
ranged from design to implementation and was critical to the success of
the client initiatives. His knowledge and in-depth understanding of the
client and technology allowed him to complete a heavy project load
while continuing to be the Tier-3 technical escalation point for
operational support.
Integrity is the characteristic that defines David. He is honest to
a fault and holds himself to a very high moral and professional
standard. Additionally, he is creative enough to craft solutions within
a very stringent regulatory climate that satisfy the project/customer
needs without compromising the security policies for the organization.

known few engineers with his technical ability and knowledge of their
